Highly recommended a beautifully light and moist fruit cake with chopped crystallised ginger and French cherries.

Rich fruit cake

All our fruits are first soaked for twelve hours in sherry, brandy or chai tea. This plumps up the fruit and gives the cake a delicious moist finish.

 

 

  All our cakes are nut free unless requested although we cannot guarantee all ingredients are made in a nut free factory.
